Meet Our Attorneys

When we take a case, we take it because we believe in its merit, and we will leverage
our collective expertise toward achieving the best possible resolution.

Every member of the Shapiro Winthers & McGraw P.C. team has been inspired by their life experiences in so profound a way as to dedicate their professional talents to helping people, and the combination of individual passions and professional accomplishments truly distinguishes our level of service from other law firms.

Our team members know, often very personally, the devastating consequences of catastrophic personal injury. We’re committed to helping people, particularly those who may be otherwise unable, take on powerful interests at odds with their pursuit of justice. We establish a strong foundation for success when we take on a case; in fact, a hallmark of our representation is our approach to preparing each case under the presumption that it will require a trial. In the event anyone attempts to diminish or deny a claim, our team is prepared to fight for a fair resolution.

Creating a solid groundwork for each case is critically important when attempting to overcome the many hurdles between a client and the compensation and care they deserve. Our attorneys and staff will go to exceptional lengths to retrieve records and testimony to evidence a contested claim. Our clients are never treated as a number or statistic at our firm. When we take a case, we take it because we believe in its merit, and we will leverage our collective expertise toward achieving the best possible resolution.
