Amy Rogers focuses her practice on personal injury and general civil litigation. Ms. Rogers has a longstanding commitment to serving and advocating for the individual, and began her career at Fleishman & Shapiro P.C.

Ms. Rogers earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where she graduated with honors, including Order of the Barristers, a CALI award in Pre-Trial Litigation, and a Pro Bono distinction. Ms. Rogers participated in the WVU Immigration Law Clinic, where she successfully appealed a Board of Immigration Appeals decision to the Seventh Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and successfully assisted two clients in obtaining political asylum. Ms. Rogers was involved in many organizations, earning a spot on the moot court National Team and the Jessup International Law moot court team. Ms. Rogers competed in the annual WVU Lugar trial competition, and was awarded first place. She served on the board for the Public Interest Advocates spring auction, and participated in Women’s Leadership Counsel.

Ms. Rogers is licensed to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. In her spare time, Ms. Rogers enjoys hiking the Colorado countryside and exploring the vibrant Denver music and art scene.
