Ms. McGraw is a trial attorney that was recently recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40" lawyer in the State of Colorado. Her trial experience spans twelve years in two states in both federal and state courts. She is licensed to practice in Colorado and Wisconsin. She has extensive trial experience on behalf of plaintiffs who have been involved in traumatic incidents involving motor vehicles, motorcycles, dangerous premises conditions, dog bite attacks and insurance coverage disputes. The majority of Ms. McGraw’s practice focuses on representing victims with spinal and orthopedic injuries. Additionally, she represents victims with brain injuries and she takes a special interest in representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect cases.

Ms. McGraw is a native of Minnesota with strong ties to the State of Wisconsin, where she obtained her undergraduate and law degrees. She has built a reputation in both the State of Wisconsin and the State of Colorado as an accomplished trial attorney with exceptional conflict resolution skills. She prides herself on representing victims of incidents that resulted in life changing injuries and helping these individuals to navigate the complex civil litigation system. Ms. McGraw is known for her skills as an advocate for victims and is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association. She is also a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Ms. McGraw has focused her entire legal career on representing individuals who have been injured by others. She previously worked for the largest personal injury firm in the State of Wisconsin where she tried more cases to verdict than any other lawyer practicing at her firm during her tenure. Prior to joining Fleishman & Shapiro, she practiced at one of the largest personal injury firms in Denver where she again tried more cases to verdict than any other lawyer during her tenure. Ms. McGraw’s background provides her with vast courtroom and litigation experience, which allows her to prepare her cases in a way that results in many of them resolving without the involvement of the court system.

Ms. McGraw is licensed to practice in all Colorado State Courts, including the Colorado Supreme Court, and is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and all Wisconsin state courts.
